Abstract. Lestari DA, Sutopo, Setiaji A, Kurnianto E. 2023. Genetic diversity and phylogenetic study of Ongole Grade cattle population in Central Java based on blood protein polymorphism. Biodiversitas 24: 617-624. This research provides useful information to reflect the genetic structure determine appropriate breeding strategies for Java. The objectives this were investigate relationship (Bos indicus) A total 208 samples collected, which belonged 6 populations Java, namely Rembang, Blora, Kebumen, Semarang, Magelang, Kudus regency. Blood analysis was conducted by Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-Polyacrilamide Gel Electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) methods separate molecule weight. Results showed 4 locus clearly identified, Albumin (Alb), Post (Pa), Ceruloplasmin (Cp), Amylase-I (Amy-I), formed 9 identified alleles 15 genotypes. All had different allele gene frequency distribution each locus, dominated AlbB (0.525), PaB (0.556), CpF (0.608), Amy-IB (0.639) genotype BB (0.312) Alb loci, (0.429) Pa FS (0.423) Cp loci (0.472) Amy-I. deviation Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium (HWE) (P<0.05) Kudus, while rest HWE condition. Average heterozygosity distance recent range 0.328-0.529 (for Magelang Kebumen populations, respectively) 0.0057-0.0955 Rembang-Kebumen Magelang-Kebumen population), respectively. In conclusion, high divided into two major clusters.
